We’re looking for a proactive and organized professional to support KWS Semena product management activities by coordinating variety trials as Product Manager (m/f/d) . If you're fluent in Slovak and English, highly mobile across Slovakia , and eager to contribute your knowledge in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you. This position is unlimited and full time . Responsibilities: Support and ensure Agroservice activities Conduct and assist in product management activities (the observation and evaluation of local, external trials (e.g., UKSUP, YAS, Strip) Perform sampling activities as part of monitoring processes, in collaboration with the supervisor. Responsible for observations, results and knowledge transfer to the supervisor Organize and manage internal local and international variety trials systems Cooperation with local and foreign providers of trials, quality analysis Support the organization and actively represent KWS at regional events to enhance brand visibility and foster acceptance of KWS products, in close collaboration with the marketing and sales teams. Implement product-specific and local practical trials in alignment with product management and the sales team Provide technical and seeds transport support to supervisor and sales team Build and maintain networks with internal and external stakeholders including associations and both official and private consulting Monitor and analyze competitor activities, including portfolio assessments and identification of differentiating features.
