Product Manager – Mobile Banking

Job Description:

We are seeking for a Product Manager for Mobile Banking at Ardshinbank. In this role you will be responsible for defining the vision, roadmap, and delivery of our digital banking products for corporate and business clients. You will lead cross-functional teams, align stakeholders, and ensure that our mobile banking platforms empower legal entities to manage their finances securely, efficiently, and in line with market needs and regulatory standards.

Job responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for Internet and Mobile Banking solutions for legal entities.
• Identify customer needs and translate them into product requirements, features, and user stories.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, UX/UI designers, and development teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
• Prioritize the product backlog, balancing business value, regulatory needs, and technical constraints.
• Conduct competitor analysis and bring innovative features to the corporate digital banking market.
• Act as the main communication bridge between business teams and technical teams.

Required qualifications

• Higher education in business, economics, IT, or related fields.
• At least 5–7 years of experience in product management or a related role in fintech/banking.
• It will be a strong advantage if you have a good understanding of banking products and the specific needs of legal entity (corporate) clients, as well as digital channels (Internet and Mobile Banking).
• Proven experience in defining and delivering digital products (web/mobile).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills in Armenian; good proficiency in Russian and English.
