The Role As a Product Manager – Music at Public, you will be responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy of the Music category, ensuring a competitive product assortment, strong supplier partnerships, and an outstanding customer experience. You will work closely with Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, E-commerce, and Store Operations teams to drive sales growth, profitability, and category performance in line with the company's business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven professional with a passion for music and retail to contribute to the growth of one of Public's key entertainment categories. Responsibilities: Own the commercial performance of the Music category, ensuring the achievement of sales, margin, and profitability targets Develop and execute the category strategy, product assortment, pricing, and promotional plans Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers, negotiating commercial agreements and optimizing purchasing conditions Analyze sales performance, inventory levels, market trends, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and improve category performance Monitor product lifecycle management, ensuring the right assortment and availability across all sales channels Collaborate with Marketing to design and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal activities Partner with E-commerce, Visual Merchandising, and Store Operations teams to maximize product visibility and customer engagement Track competitor activity, pricing, and emerging industry trends to maintain a competitive assortment Prepare business reviews, forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management Work closely with Supply Chain to optimize stock levels, inventory turnover, and replenishment planning. Ensure product master data accuracy and compliance with internal processes Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
