As Product Manager OT Security, you will shape and manage services that improve visibility, risk awareness and protection across operational technology, industrial control systems and connected assets. You will work with business units, cybersecurity, architecture, engineering, and operations to translate OT security needs into scalable, governed and commercially sustainable services. Key responsibilities Product strategy and roadmap: Define and align the vision, target service model and roadmap for global OT security capabilities. Service lifecycle management: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle from demand and design through onboarding, operations, continual improvement and retirement. Platform and vendor management: Oversee service capabilities based on Armis, Cisco Cyber Vision or similar, including requirements, integrations, licensing, performance, support models and vendor roadmaps. Governance, security and compliance: Ensure service design and operation align with internal security requirements, risk management practices and applicable standards. Stakeholder and business-unit engagement: Build trusted relationships with business units, site stakeholders, architects, engineers, security teams, procurement and suppliers. Commercial and performance management: Develop demand, cost and consumption models; define service KPIs; monitor adoption, quality, risk reduction and financial performance; identify opportunities for optimization. Automation and continuous improvement: Reduce manual effort through repeatable onboarding, integrations, workflows, reporting and lifecycle processes. Ready to embark on the journey? Here’s what we are looking for: Experience: Proven experience in product, service, program or project management within cybersecurity, networking, industrial technology in environment of global enterprise. OT security knowledge: Understanding of OT, operational constraints, asset visibility, vulnerability management, network monitoring, segmentation and secure remote access is an advantage. Commercial acumen: Ability to build and analyse cost, licensing and consumption models and use them to support investment and portfolio decisions. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders, technical specialists and operational teams. Leadership and collaboration: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence across organisational boundaries in a global, virtual environment. Problem solving: Analytical and structured approach to complex problems, with strong attention to detail and a bias towards practical, scalable solutions.
