Product Manager – Payments Fintech - £80k + Package – London (Hybrid)

High-growth global FinTech payments scale-up is looking for a skilled Product Manager with deep expertise in payments, card issuing, and transaction processing to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex product initiatives across multiple international markets.

The Role:

• Own the roadmap for your area, grounded in card scheme positioning, client needs, and regulatory trends.
• Lead discovery: customer interviews, usage data, problem validation.
• Write clear requirements and partner with engineering/design on scope, quality, and time trade-offs.
• Work with compliance and legal to keep features regulator-ready.
• Own launches end-to-end with marketing, commercial, and client services.
• Track KPIs and iterate based on adoption and commercial impact.

Key Requirements:

• Proven product management experience in payments, fintech, banking, or financial services.
• Proven end-to-end ownership of a product area, in an agile, embedded-squad environment.
• Analytical, data-driven decision-making and strong stakeholder influence.
• Familiarity with card issuing transaction processing, BIN management, or scheme compliance is highly desirable.
• Comfortable working in a regulated environment.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Package & Working Arrangement

Permanent opportunity offering a base salary of up to £80,000 plus bonus and benefits package.

Hybrid working model with 1–2 days per week in the client’s Central London office, with the remainder remote.
