About the Role and the Team Our Platform stream acts as a backbone for product teams, handling the complexities of infrastructure, efficient technical solutions, and development frameworks. This allows product teams to concentrate on what they do best: developing and refining product features and experiences. ⚡ This role is for a builder. You'll take ownership of teams inside our Platform stream — the merchant-facing side of the shared services every other product team and merchant at Solidgate runs on. Your mentor — Mykola Stasiuk , Senior Product Manager on the Platform stream, who leads the other two, data-oriented teams. What You Will Own You'll shape and evolve these core components: Auth — authentication, authorization, access management across all admin panels Notification system — how merchants and internal teams get informed, reliably Audit and Approval Manager — logging and approval workflows that hold up under scrutiny File Management — file upload, export, and report generation Bulk operations and MCP UI Kit — the shared component library other teams build their interfaces on Why This Is Exciting Real leverage — one good decision here moves dozens of teams and every merchant at once, not just your own backlog Strong technical culture — you'll work with engineers who think about architecture, not ticket counts Fast feedback — ship something, and you'll see how it performs within days, not quarters Since the domain is technical, you're working shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers constantly — meaning you build technical depth in a fraction of the time other PMs take You shape it, not inherit it — parts of this domain are still being formed, so you decide how it works Our Ideal Candidate 2–3 years of commercial experience, including time in an adjacent role (analyst, PO, engineering, or similar). A PM title isn't required — what matters more is how you think about product Technical literacy — comfortable enough with APIs and CI/CD that you don't need an engineer to explain the basics Curiosity, drive, and strong cognitive skills Structured thinker who brings order to ambiguous, cross-team requests Why Join Solidgate?
