About The Project

Under HealthierSG, general practitioners (GPs) are expected to take on a greater role in managing patients with chronic diseases. This care requires complex planning and delivery, taking into account various health and behavioral factors, as well as the patient's social circumstances.

The CDSS aims to provide GPs with necessary and timely information during patient visits, helping them quickly and thoroughly understand each patient's profile. The team is also working with MOH PCC and Synapxe to integrate CDSS recommendations into Synapxe’s existing Patient Care Summary product.

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-Day Delivery

• Drive cross-functional delivery by facilitating sprint ceremonies and business stand-ups.
• Maintain alignment across product, design, engineering and operational teams.
• Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and dependencies.
• Document project updates and reasons for project decisions.
  
  

Main Product

• Lead the rollout and implementation of the CDSS, working closely with government and policy stakeholders to drive adoption, resolve implementation considerations, and plan subsequent phases of delivery.
• Shape the Phase 2 roadmap by translating policy and stakeholder needs into clear product priorities and actionable delivery plans.
  
  

Experimental Workstream

• Lead product discovery and validation for experimental CDSS features.
• Gather and synthesise qualitative feedback from clinicians and other users.
• Analyse quantitative product data.
• Translate insights into product roadmaps and prioritised features for further validation.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience in product management or digital product delivery.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint ceremonies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Available for a short-term maternity cover assignment.
