Product Manager (Remote)

SAGON TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED is a fast-scaling tech product firm operating at the intersection of SaaS, digital transformation, and vertical-specific enterprise software. We build AI-powered, scalable platforms that digitize operations for mid-market businesses across logistics, healthcare, and fintech. Our product teams ship high-impact features with rapid feedback loops—combining deep customer insight, data-driven prioritization, and agile execution to outpace competitors.

Role & Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for one or more core modules, aligning feature priorities with business KPIs and customer value.
• Conduct user interviews, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify unmet needs and product gaps.
• Write detailed PRDs and UX specs, collaborating with designers and engineers to ship MVPs in 2–4 week sprints.
• Track adoption, retention, and feature usage metrics; run A/B tests and iterate based on quantitative + qualitative feedback.
• Partner with GTM teams to position product features, train sales, and support customer onboarding post-launch.
• Represent the voice of the customer in internal roadmap reviews and executive strategy sessions.
