Our client is a wealth management firm investing in the platforms behind its advisory practice. They're hiring a Product Manager, Salesforce, to help build a modern platform experience for their financial advisors.
This is a mid-level role for someone with 2-4 years of product management experience in financial services. Reporting to a Director-level stakeholder, you'll own the direction for Salesforce adoption and decide what needs to change to better support advisors' workflows.
Permanent, full-time. Fully remote within Canada; candidates must currently reside in Canada.
Responsibilities
CA$80,000 to CA$115,000 base annually, 8-12% bonus, and equity. The final compensation is determined by your qualifications, expertise, experience, and the role's scope.

Responsibilities
- Help shape and deliver a platform that's actively being built, partnering with the business to get it right as it takes form.
- Own the product direction for Salesforce, defining how its configuration should change to fit advisor workflows.
- Keep the advisor experience at the centre of product decisions, applying an advisor lens to prioritization and improvements.
- Work through product and platform problems thoughtfully, balancing competing needs and finding practical solutions.
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, keeping the platform's direction understood and aligned across the business.
- 2-4 years in a product management role, having helped deliver a product or platform.
- Financial services industry experience, including the regulatory, compliance, and risk constraints that shape what a platform can do. Fintech qualifies.
- Hands-on Salesforce experience: you've worked directly in Salesforce and understand how it can evolve to fit new workflows.
- Strong problem-solving: working through ambiguity and weighing trade-offs.
- Client experience focus, applied through an advisor lens.
- Strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Wealth management experience.
- Experience with Mako digital onboarding.
- Experience with d1g1t wealth management platform.
- Experience with Conquest or similar financial planning tools.
