WORK INFORMATION

• Work Location: Primarily remote / Work from home; attendance at meetings at the Kuala Lumpur office is required when needed.
• Working Days: Monday–Friday
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM (time zone to be confirmed)
• Probation Period: 3 months
• Work Equipment: Employees must provide their own work devices.

SUMMARY
We are looking for a passionate and creative Game Product Manager to lead the design and planning of our slot game portfolio.
This role is responsible for researching market trends, analyzing top-performing competitor games, creating innovative game concepts, and continuously optimizing products based on player behavior and performance data. You will work closely with management, mathematicians, artists, developers, QA, and operations teams to deliver commercially successful and engaging slot games.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Plan and produce new slot games concepts every month.
• Research top-performing slot games across global markets and identify successful gameplay mechanics, themes, features, and market trends.
• Create innovative game concepts by enhancing proven market ideas with unique gameplay, stronger retention mechanics, and improved player engagement.
• Present multiple game concepts, gameplay mechanics, mathematical models, themes, bonus features, and visual directions for management approval.
• Design game products with a strong focus on User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI), ensuring intuitive navigation, engaging gameplay flow, clear visual communication, and an enjoyable player journey across both mobile and desktop platforms.
• Define game flow, feature design, bonus mechanics, RTP direction, volatility expectations, and overall player experience.
• Prepare detailed product specifications and communicate product requirements clearly with designers, mathematicians, developers, artists, and QA teams.
• Maintain close and effective communication with technical teams throughout the entire development cycle to ensure product requirements are accurately implemented, development progresses smoothly, and every game is delivered with high quality and stability.
• Coordinate across departments to resolve product issues efficiently and ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
• Monitor post-launch game performance, including player retention, turnover, RTP, feature usage, session duration, and other key product metrics.
• Analyze market feedback and game performance to continuously iterate and optimize future game releases.
• Build and maintain the monthly product roadmap and continuously introduce fresh ideas based on industry trends and player preferences.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience in Slot Game Design, Game Product, Product Planning, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of slot game mechanics, bonus features, RTP, volatility, player psychology, and game balancing.
• Proven ability to analyse successful casino games and transform insights into innovative, commercially competitive products.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers, mathematicians, artists, QA, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to balance creativity, technical feasibility, user experience, and commercial objectives.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and product ownership mindset.
• Passion for creating high-quality games that deliver outstanding player experiences and long-term business value.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the iGaming or Casino industry.
• Familiar with leading slot providers such as Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Push Gaming, Relax Gaming, Evolution, and similar studios.
• Understanding of KPIs such as Turnover, GGR, RTP, Retention, ARPU, Feature Trigger Rate, Session Duration, and Bet Distribution.
• Ability to identify market trends and transform successful concepts into differentiated products instead of simply replicating competitors.

Key Success Metrics

• Deliver at least 6 high-quality game concepts every month.
• Successfully launch stable, engaging, and commercially competitive game products on schedule.
• Maintain effective collaboration between product and technical teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Improve player engagement, retention, and overall game performance through continuous product optimisation and iteration.
