Product Manager – Technology & Sustainable Solutions – Brussels

As the platform continues to grow, with more customers and use cases, they are looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of a key part of the product and contribute to its continued development and scalability.

You will work closely with Engineering, customers and users, taking product initiatives from discovery and strategy through delivery and continuous improvement. You will play an active role in shaping the product roadmap, identifying opportunities and translating them into solutions that create value for both users and the business.

Your Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap end-to-end, from discovery and strategy to delivery and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the product roadmap and translate broader company objectives into clear product priorities and initiatives.
• Conduct customer and user interviews and turn insights into concrete product opportunities.
• Identify problems and opportunities through user feedback, product usage and broader business needs.
• Define priorities, make pragmatic trade-offs and collaborate closely with Engineering to develop simple, scalable solutions.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to understand customer needs and translate them into solutions that can scale across customers.
• Monitor product initiatives and outcomes, identify what can be improved and take action where needed.
• Communicate product decisions and strategy across the organization and represent the product with customers, prospects and other stakeholders when needed

Your Profile

• You have experience in Product Management within a SaaS or technology environment.
• You have successfully taken products or features from an identified problem through development, delivery and further iteration.
• You have strong product instincts and a user-driven mindset, with a genuine interest in understanding customer needs and turning them into valuable product decisions.
• You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on and pragmatic approach.
• You are comfortable working closely with Engineering and have enough technical understanding to discuss topics such as APIs, integrations and the complexity behind digital products.
• You understand the fundamentals of SaaS products, including adoption, usability, scalability and recurring customer value.
• You communicate clearly and have strong writing and documentation skills.
• You know how to prioritize, make trade-offs and take ownership of your decisions.
• You are fluent in English, knowledge of French and/or Dutch is considered an asset.
