Product Manager Thailand - iGaming - Remote, Asia I'm Interested Location: Remote, Thailand OR Remote, Asia in the (GMT+7 / GMT+8) time zones About the Role: We are looking for a user-focused Product Manager to enhance the Thailand platform's UI/UX, gameplay experience, customer journey, and engagement strategies. The role will work cross-functionally to drive conversion, retention, and product growth through data-driven insights and customer-centric improvements. Job Responsibilities: Conduct tests on products and understand player behaviour, enjoyment, market trends, and engagement drivers. Evaluate UX, customer journey, gameplay and gamification to reduce friction and improve user experience and retention. Lead UAT and real-user scenario testing, acting as the product gatekeeper with clear Go / Improve / No-Go recommendations before launch. Translate management direction into product requirements and coordinate with Design, IT, CRM, Marketing and Operations for execution and continuous optimization.
