Mission of this role As a Product Marketing Manager, you drive revenue by leading the go-to-market of Rentman's new features, products and add-ons. You position each one so new customers buy in and existing customers add it to what they already use. Without this role, no one leads the cross-functional push that grows revenue from both new and existing customers. What you'll do Develop and refine Rentman’s messaging and positioning to clearly communicate the value of our products to key customer segments Build a strong understanding of customer needs, pain points, and decision-making processes across our key markets and industries and educate other departments on the findings Identify the user value of new features, craft impactful messaging, and execute feature and product launches to drive awareness and adoption Lead product marketing content development, creating compelling and persuasive content to support product positioning, feature launches, and customer engagement Support our go-to-market (GTM) product initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product positioning and rollout strategies Keep all product documentation—internal and external—up to date, ensuring clear value propositions that align with brand standards Who you are 3+ years pro duct marketing experience owning positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for product or feature launches (B2B SaaS preferred) You can point to specific launches they led and the adoption or revenue result Strong written communication: clear, jargon-free messaging for varied audiences Comfortable using product usage data (e.g. Mixpanel) to define and track whether a launch worked Worked cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success Nice to have Experience marketing monetized add-ons or features (expansion, not just adoption) Familiarity with the events/media production/rental industry, or a comparable vertical SaaS Experience in vertical B2B SaaS Experience in Product-Led Growth (PLG) companies Tools: HubSpot, Mixpanel, Appcues, Chameleon, Klue, Google Analytics What you’ll get An ambitious, inclusive, diverse international team Competitive salary (+8% holiday benefit), based on experience A “13th month” annual bonus based on company results 25 days of paid vacation, plus one extra day off each year up to your 5th year anniversary A paid 4-week sabbatical after 5 years to go on an adventure A shiny Windows, Linux or Mac of your choice An annual training budget to boost your skills A pension plan via BrightPensioen Access to OpenUp for mental well-being and personal growth Sports activities (Rentman football team, squash and padel) and an Urban Sports fitness subscription An OV Business card if you live further than 10km away from the office A flexible and engaging work environment with free lunches, office perks (PS5, Ping Pong, D&D), legendary karaoke parties, and various team activities An amazing office in the heart of Utrecht, Netherlands, at the historical Drift 17 Our process Here’s a breakdown of our recruitment process: Call with recruiter about the role (30 mins) Past experience & culture interview (60 mins) Take-home assignment (max 120 mins) Final skills interview at our office with your future manager (60 mins) Apply now by using the apply button!
