You will: Own the full funnel from first screen to purchase: identify and fix conversion bottlenecks, propose and validate optimization hypotheses. Design and build new funnels using our no-code funnel builder, and launch traffic on them. Plan, run, and analyze A/B tests to increase user engagement and funnel efficiency. Conduct market and competitor research to identify product and funnel improvement opportunities. Cooperate closely with the team (marketing, designers, creatives) for fast implementation of changes, writing clear briefs where design input is needed. Monitor core performance metrics and run structured experiments. Prioritize tests by impact and speed; document insights and reduce time to launch. Deliver clear performance updates: what works, what doesn't, what scales, what gets cut. Think strategically: understand competitors, market trends, and what truly motivates users to convert. We'll have a match if you: Have 1+ year of relevant work experience. Have English at B2 level or higher. Strong analytical skills — you base conclusions on data, not on subjective impressions or "common sense." Solid understanding of core performance marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, CPA, conversion rate) and how they connect. Understanding of web funnel mechanics — structure, testing logic, and what drives pass-through. Ability to conduct structured research. Ability to work independently and prioritize with minimal ramp-up time. Will be an advantage: Experience working in a startup or R&D-driven environment. Experience in subscription businesses / performance marketing specifically.
