IMPORTANT BEFORE APPLYING
Please read the following requirements carefully before applying:
• This is a Product Marketing role. We are specifically looking for candidates with hands-on experience owning product launches, go-to-market execution, positioning, and messaging. General marketing experience alone is not sufficient.
• Strong professional English is required, both written and spoken. This role works cross-functionally in a global, English-speaking environment and owns customer-facing messaging and copy.
• Please be prepared to share examples of product launches or product marketing work you have personally owned. Public links, case studies, launch pages, campaigns, or other relevant work samples are welcome. If your work is confidential, you may describe your role, approach, and results instead.
Role overview
FX Replay is the home for retail traders who are serious about improving. Marketing is brand-led here, but our product ships fast, and right now our releases, updates, and improvements move quicker than our communication keeps up.
This role closes that gap. The Product Marketing Manager is the bridge between what product builds and what our audience hears — owning the release cadence, launch communications, and the campaigns that make product a dependable pillar of how FXR shows up. You won't manage people; you'll orchestrate the channel owners we already have (content, design, paid, affiliate), giving each a clear, well-timed brief for every release so the whole team communicates product as one voice.
Reports to: Head of Marketing (Rodrigo Yanez) · Location: Fully remote (global) · Type: Full-time · First and only product marketer on the team.
What you’ll own
- The release communication engine. A tiered launch system so every meaningful release ships with the right level of noise — a full campaign, an in-app note, or a single email — and nothing meaningful ships in silence.
- Launch go-to-market. End-to-end plans for every significant release: the audience, the message, the channels, the timing, the assets, and the post-launch readout on whether it landed.
- Product messaging and positioning. Translating product capabilities into narratives tied to what traders actually struggle with — confidence, discipline, consistency — not feature lists.
- The release calendar and cadence. A predictable rhythm our audience can rely on, coordinated with the product roadmap so marketing is never caught flat-footed by a ship date.
- Cross-team orchestration. Briefing and aligning the channel owners for each release so product goes out as one coordinated voice.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the release calendar, coordinated with the product roadmap.
- For each release, set the launch tier and write the brief — audience, problem, outcome, KPIs, channels.
- Write and maintain product messaging, positioning, and launch copy.
- Brief and align the channel owners — content (organic and blog), design (creative and assets), paid (campaigns and video), and affiliate — and keep them on timeline.
- Collaborate with Product to align website content and intent.
- Run launches end to end and deliver post-launch readouts on what worked.
- Track release performance — awareness, adoption, retention impact — and feed learnings back into positioning, onboarding, and the next launch.
- Stay close to our ICP research and voice-of-customer so product communication reflects how traders really think and talk.
Qualifications
- 4–7 years in product marketing, ideally at a B2C or product-led SaaS company where you owned launches for a consumer audience.
- A strong writer and storyteller — clear over clever, always leading with the customer's problem.
- A proven launch operator who has built and run go-to-market for product releases across teams you don't manage.
- Cross-functional by instinct — comfortable being the connective tissue between product and marketing, briefing specialists without formal authority.
- Organized and self-directed — thrives as a fully remote team of one, managing overlapping launches without daily check-ins.
- Data-literate — uses metrics to decide what to launch loud vs. ship quietly, and to prove whether a release landed.
Nice to have
- Experience marketing to traders, investors, or a fintech / trading audience — or genuine personal interest in markets.
- Familiarity with product-led growth: free tiers, self-serve onboarding, in-product messaging.
- Lifecycle and email marketing chops for release and adoption communications.
- Experience building a product-marketing function from scratch.
