Responsibilities
What You'll Actually Do
Who are you?
As a Product Marketing Manager for the Wellbeing business at Personify Health, you will help define how our wellbeing solutions show up in market, connect to buyer needs, and enable revenue teams to communicate differentiated value with confidence. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Enablement, Sales, SAE, Account Management, CBR, and other cross-functional teams, translating product capabilities, market insights, and customer needs into clear positioning, compelling messaging, practical go-to-market plans, and high-impact commercial content.
You will be responsible for understanding the Wellbeing portfolio, priority audiences, competitive landscape, sales motions, buyer challenges, and product roadmap. You will craft benefits-led narratives, launch plans, enablement assets, buyer-facing content, and internal readiness materials that help teams bring the right message to the right audience at the right moment. Your work will support acquisition, retention, expansion, adoption, and stronger commercial execution across the Wellbeing business.
You are a strategic, hands-on product marketer who can simplify complexity, influence across teams, and move work from insight to execution. You are comfortable partnering closely with Product to understand roadmap direction, with Enablement to activate GTM motions, and with Sales, SAE, Account Management, and other commercial teams to ensure messaging, assets, and training are useful, current, and aligned to real customer conversations. You bring strong storytelling, business judgment, project ownership, and a bias for measurable impact.
In this role, your work will be essential in the following areas:
Many of these responsibilities will be delivered in partnership with cross-functional teams and aligned to business priorities, product roadmap needs, and defined areas of specialization.
- Market, Buyer, and Competitive Expertise – Build and maintain a deep understanding of the Wellbeing market, priority segments, buyer personas, influencers, customer needs, industry trends, sales motions, and competitive dynamics. Regularly synthesize win/loss insights, sales conversations, customer feedback, analyst or market inputs, and competitive intelligence to inform positioning, enablement, GTM strategy, and roadmap feedback.
- Positioning and Messaging – Develop and maintain clear, differentiated, benefits-led positioning, messaging, value propositions, proof points, and buyer narratives for the Wellbeing portfolio. Ensure messaging reflects Personify Health’s unique value, resonates across buyer and influencer audiences, and can be consistently activated across campaigns, sales conversations, proposals, events, executive presentations, and client-facing materials.
- Go-to-Market Strategy and Launch Readiness – Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Enablement, Sales, SAE, Account Management, CBR, and other teams to plan, coordinate, and execute GTM motions for new solutions, releases, enhancements, packaging updates, and priority commercial initiatives. Define audience, messaging, launch tier, readiness needs, asset requirements, internal communications, success measures, and post-launch feedback loops.
- Product and Roadmap Partnership – Serve as a strategic partner to Product by bringing market, buyer, competitive, and field insights into roadmap discussions and launch planning. Translate roadmap direction and product capabilities into commercial narratives, messaging frameworks, differentiated value stories, and enablement plans that help internal teams understand what is changing, why it matters, and how to talk about it in market.
- Enablement and Commercial Readiness – Partner with Enablement to design and activate GTM readiness for Sales, SAE, Account Management, CBR, and other customer-facing teams. Create and maintain practical enablement materials, talk tracks, objection handling, competitive guidance, discovery questions, presentations, demos, FAQs, proposal language, training content, and field-ready resources that improve confidence, consistency, and effectiveness in customer conversations.
- Content and Asset Development – Create, curate, and maintain compelling product marketing content, including solution narratives, sales decks, one-pagers, case study inputs, demo scripts, website and campaign inputs, event messaging, proposal content, customer communications, and executive-ready materials. Use engagement data, stakeholder feedback, competitive insights, and business priorities to keep content relevant, accurate, and effective.
- Cross-Functional Partnership and Influence – Act as a connective partner across Wellbeing GTM efforts, ensuring Product, Marketing, Enablement, Sales, SAE, Account Management, Operations, Legal, Finance, and other stakeholder groups are aligned on goals, messaging, timelines, readiness needs, and follow-through. Facilitate working sessions, capture decisions, manage dependencies, and drive clarity across complex initiatives.
- Performance Measurement and Optimization – Define, track, and report qualitative and quantitative indicators of product marketing impact, including launch readiness, asset adoption, field feedback, campaign contribution, sales usage, win/loss themes, pipeline support, retention or expansion influence, and content effectiveness. Use results to refine messaging, improve enablement, prioritize updates, and strengthen future GTM motions.
- Embody Personify Health's core values - People matter; one team, one dream; deliver; and grow forward.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
