Ultimate Passion: Infuse passion into every action! Job Overview: We're hiring our first full-time Product Marketing Manager to own the full PMM remit end to end in addition to a part-time setup that's proven the role out but needs someone in it full-time to keep pace with a growing platform, a post-merger product story, and a team that increasingly leans on product marketing for messaging, content, training and competitive intelligence. You'll sit at the intersection of product and the GTM functions — marketing and sales: translating what we build into stories the market values, arming sales with what they need to sell it, and keeping the whole team sharp on the competitive landscape. Key Responsibilities: What you'll own 💬 Messaging & positioning — shape and maintain compelling narratives for the platform, its modules, and the brand, including naming new features and modules . The job is to shift the conversation from features to value: tell meaningful stories about outcomes, not recite modules and specs. Sharpen our competitive differentiation as the category evolves. 📝 Content — own product pages, emails, guides, and especially case studies, customer quotes and customer voice (in practice: product cards, testimonials, landing pages, elevator pitch and tagline copy sit here). Able to produce and adapt content by vertical, by use case and by persona, not one generic version for everyone. 🚀 Product launches & GTM — partner hand-in-hand with product, and with the GTM functions (marketing and sales), to shape go-to-market strategy for new features and modules, and land them successfully in-market. 📈 Product growth — drive adoption of new features and upsell/cross-sell through lifecycle communications, in-product messaging and customer-facing campaigns. (Not retention — that sits elsewhere.) 🛠️ Sales enablement — build and maintain the talk tracks, battlecards, decks and training that make customer-facing teams effective. Orchestrates training with the relevant product SME rather than necessarily running every session solo. 🔍 Competitive intelligence — own competitor tracking and analysis, keeping the business ahead of what rivals are doing and saying. Required Qualifications: 6+ years in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company, ideally with a technical or platform product. A track record of owning messaging/positioning and shipping product launches, not just supporting them — and of working in complex environments with multiple products. Comfort building sales enablement materials that sales teams actually use. Native or fluent French and English (client base and internal team are mixed FR/EN). Independent and structured: this is a full ownership role from day one, not a support seat. Nice-to-haves Experience in martech, CRO, personalisation or e-commerce. Experience in a post-merger or multi-brand-to-one-brand product environment. An analytical streak — comfortable in the data behind a positioning or launch decision, not just the words. Perks & Benefits We value our employees at SaleCycle, so we offer great benefits and incentives in addition to a competitive salary. Please note benefits may vary by country. ⏱ Flexible hybrid working 🌴 25 days annual leave + public holidays + your birthday off 💗 Health Cash Plan 🏡 Life Insurance 🎊 Annual company meet-up 🍼 Enhanced parental leave 💟 Volunteering Days 🏅 Long Service Awards Support & Equal Opportunities: If you have a medical condition or require adjustments to our process, let us know so we can support you and ensure you have the best possible interview experience. ✨ We are an equal opportunities employer and value diversity.
