The opportunity

Business Intelligence is a SaaS company providing construction management software, with FastDraft as its flagship product. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a commercially minded Product Marketing Manager to help shape how FastDraft is positioned, launched and adopted by customers.

Working closely with the CMO and Product Manager, you’ll turn product developments into clear customer propositions, compelling messaging and effective go-to-market activity. You’ll help customers understand what FastDraft does, the problems it solves and how they can get more value from it. This is a great opportunity for someone who is excited by SaaS, technology and the role software can play in improving the way the construction industry works.

What you’ll do

  • Support go-to-market plans, launches and new product capabilities.
  • Develop clear product positioning, customer messaging and value propositions.
  • Create and coordinate launch communications, campaigns, landing pages, email content, webinars and customer stories.
  • Help increase customer awareness, usage and adoption through targeted campaigns and customer education.
  • Equip Sales and Customer Success with product guides, presentations, FAQs and other practical sales materials.
  • Gather customer, sales, product usage and competitor insight to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
  • Track campaign engagement and product adoption to understand what’s working and where to improve.

About you

You’re curious about products, customers and technology. You’re commercially minded, enjoy making complex ideas easy to understand, and can work confidently with different teams to turn plans into action. You don’t need to be a construction software expert from day one, but you should be keen to understand the industry, its customers and their challenges.

  • Experience in product marketing, B2B, SaaS, technology, customer or commercial marketing (typically 4 - 8 years; capability and potential matter most).
  • A genuine interest in SaaS, software or technology and how it creates value for customers.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to turn technical information into clear customer messages.
  • Good organisation, a proactive approach and confidence managing multiple stakeholders.
  • An interest in customer insight, product adoption and measuring marketing impact.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment.

How you’ll work

You’ll report to the CMO and work closely with the Product Manager, company leadership, Sales, Customer Success and the wider Marketing team. This is a fully remote UK role, with occasional travel for team or customer meetings and business events.

What success looks like

You’ll help establish a repeatable go-to-market approach for FastDraft, sharpen its positioning and messaging, improve customer awareness and adoption, and give customer-facing teams the tools they need to communicate its value.
