Compensation: $119,000 - $140,000 per year *This range reflects Carestream’s good faith estimate to pay fairly as starting wage. Offers will be tailored within the range based on the selected candidate’s experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process, as well as geographic market differentials for the position. Position Summary: The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) has business responsibility for all aspects of Carestream’s Digital X-ray Solutions portfolio. The position owns product marketing strategy across the product lifecycle, translating product roadmaps into differentiated customer value through positioning, messaging, go to market execution, and sales enablement. The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) reports to the Product Director and partners closely with Sales, Marketing, and cross‑functional teams to drive commercial success. Position Responsibilities: • Translate product roadmaps and technical capabilities into clear, differentiated customer benefits. • Define and own product positioning, core messaging, and value propositions aligned to customer needs, pain points, and desired outcomes. • Lead go‑to‑market strategy and execution for new product launches and major product releases, partnering with cross-functional teams to define launch objectives, launch plans, and success metrics. • Develop effective sales enablement assets and tools, including competitive intelligence and sales training. • Own creative direction and messaging for key marketing assets, partnering with internal teams or external agencies to deliver high-quality outputs. • Lead the end to end development of photo and video assets, including creating creative briefs, developing storyboards and shot lists, and overseeing execution from concept through completed production. • Ensure all product marketing materials, messaging, and campaigns comply with applicable regulatory, legal, and quality requirements for registered medical devices. • Manage and maintain all product marketing materials across digital and print channels, ensuring content is accurate, up to date, and aligned with current product offerings. • Support Sales and Specialists with timely product expertise, positioning guidance, and market and competitive insights. • Provide input into pricing, promotions, and commercial strategy aligned with business and revenue objectives. • Collect and apply Voice of Customer (VoC) insights through collaboration with customers, sales, and marketing teams. • Influence and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Required Skills & Education: Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Medical Technology, or a related field • Minimum of five or more years of experience in Product Marketing, or related roles. • Demonstrated experience developing product positioning, messaging, product launches, and sales enablement content. • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required. Relevant Experience • Experience developing compelling product launches, go to market programs, and product sales training. • Marketing or sales experience within medical equipment and/or healthcare environments • Experience partnering with cross functional product development teams to support the commercialization of new products. • Experience managing a marketing or commercial budget, including planning spend to prioritize and execute initiatives. Skills & Competencies • Strong understanding of core marketing principles, commercialization strategies, and go to market execution. • Demonstrated ability to create and deliver high quality product marketing materials, including launch assets and sales enablement tools. • Experience developing sales training programs, ideally of a technical or clinical nature. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. • Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across cross functional and cross cultural teams. • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including roles, workflows, and decision making dynamics within healthcare systems. • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills • Demonstrated leadership skills with a positive, collaborative work ethic. Desired Skills: • MS or MBA preferred, with a medical or healthcare related background. • Strong clinical background with experience in medical procedures, clinical workflows, and medical terminology, with a diagnostic imaging focus preferred. • Action oriented, results driven, and strategic mindset with strong attention to detail. • Solid knowledge of medical imaging equipment and applications. • Strong commercial awareness aligned to business and revenue objectives. • Sales experience selling capital medical equipment through direct and indirect sales models. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate market, customer, and performance data into clear, actionable, and marketable value propositions. • Experience using quantitative and qualitative research to support and validate marketing claims. • Working knowledge of global and international marketing organizations • Proficiency with Microsoft tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI • Familiarity with creative tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, or similar software • Experience leading or contributing to global, regional, and country level marketing initiatives.
