The Product Marketing Manager will support Algarizm’s international growth by developing go-to-market strategies, positioning its AI and analytics solutions for enterprise customers, leading customer discovery and adoption programmes, and translating customer and market feedback into recommendations for solution packaging, productisation and market expansion in EMEA region.
The role will work closely with Algarizm’s management, data, analytics and AI vendors to ensure that technical capabilities are translated into clear commercial propositions and successfully adopted by enterprise customers across international markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. International Product Marketing and Go-to-Market Strategy
• Develop international go-to-market plans for Algarizm’s AI, analytics and technology-enabled B2B solutions. • Assess target markets, customer segments, industry requirements, competitors and routes to market. • Define customer segments, target-account priorities, positioning, value propositions and market-entry approaches. • Adapt product and service propositions for different international markets based on customer requirements and market conditions.
• Prepare market-entry and expansion recommendations for priority international markets.
2. Product and Solution Positioning
• Work with Algarizm’s technical and management teams to understand the capabilities, use cases and commercial applications of AI, analytics and data solutions.
• Translate technical capabilities into clear customer-facing value propositions, business use cases and solution narratives.
• Develop product/service positioning, messaging, presentations, solution briefs, adoption material and proposal inputs. • Support packaging and productisation of repeatable AI and analytics services into clearly defined B2B offerings. • Provide recommendations on pricing approaches, service packaging and customer propositions based on market feedback.
3. Enterprise Customer Discovery and Adoption
• Lead structured discovery sessions with prospective and existing enterprise clients.
• Identify customer objectives, operational challenges, technology requirements, decision criteria and adoption barriers. • Develop customer onboarding and adoption plans for Algarizm’s solutions.
• Coordinate customer rollout programmes with technical and delivery teams.
• Support stakeholder workshops, user enablement and adoption reviews.
• Monitor adoption progress and identify actions required to improve customer engagement and value realisation.
4. International Client Rollout and Onsite Engagement
• Lead or support international client-site engagements for discovery, rollout, adoption, enablement and expansion programmes.
• Coordinate with customer stakeholders and Algarizm’s technical team during implementation and adoption phases. • Conduct customer workshops, adoption reviews and executive progress sessions.
• Document customer feedback, operational issues and improvement opportunities arising from client-site engagements. • Support extended onsite assignments where commercially required, while Ireland remains the employee’s principal work base.

5. Product Strategy and Customer Feedback
• Capture structured customer, partner and market feedback and communicate relevant insights to Algarizm’s management and technical teams.
• Analyse recurring customer requirements and adoption challenges to identify opportunities for service improvement or new productised offerings.
• Recommend changes to solution packaging, customer journey, value proposition and product roadmap based on market evidence.
• Support prioritisation of product and service enhancements that improve customer adoption and international scalability.
6. Customer Lifecycle and Expansion
• Develop customer lifecycle approaches covering onboarding, adoption, engagement, retention and expansion. • Conduct periodic customer-value reviews with enterprise clients.
• Identify opportunities for additional use cases, service expansion, renewal, cross-sell and upsell. • Work with management to develop account-growth plans while keeping the role focused on product adoption and customer value rather than pure quota-driven sales.
• Support transition from initial implementation to longer-term customer adoption and expansion.
7. Market and Customer Analytics
• Use customer, campaign, adoption and engagement data to assess product performance and customer behaviour. • Develop or coordinate dashboards and reports that track adoption, usage, engagement, retention and expansion. • Use analytical findings to improve positioning, customer communications and rollout plans.
• Produce regular reports summarising market insights, customer feedback, adoption performance and international-growth opportunities.
8. Partner and Stakeholder Enablement
• Develop materials and programmes to support partners, client stakeholders and customer-facing teams in understanding Algarizm’s offerings.
• Coordinate product and solution briefings for international partners and enterprise customers. • Support partner onboarding and enablement where partners form part of Algarizm’s route-to-market strategy. • Ensure consistency of positioning and customer messaging across international engagements.
9. Proposal and Commercial Support
• Contribute to client proposals, presentations and solution concepts.
• Ensure commercial proposals accurately reflect customer needs, expected outcomes and Algarizm’s technical capabilities.
• Support business-development discussions where specialist product, market or customer-adoption knowledge is required.
• Work with management on opportunity prioritisation and commercial qualification.
• Final pricing and contractual commitments remain with authorised Algarizm management.
INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL
The role requires planned international travel to support enterprise discovery, implementation, rollout, customer adoption and expansion activities. Assignments will normally be undertaken in defined project phases, typically lasting one to four weeks. Ireland will remain the employee’s principal place of employment and normal residence.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Relevant bachelor’s degree or higher qualification, preferably in business, international trade, economics, marketing or a related discipline.
• Substantial experience in international marketing, go-to-market strategy, market expansion, digital products, enterprise client engagement or customer adoption.
• Demonstrated experience working with technology-enabled services, digital platforms, B2B offerings or SaaS-style business environments.
• Experience translating technical or service capabilities into customer propositions, positioning, adoption plans and commercial narratives.
• Strong customer-discovery, stakeholder-management, communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work across commercial, technical and delivery teams and manage multiple international stakeholders. • Strong analytical orientation and ability to use market, customer and performance data to support decisions.

ROLE POSITIONING
This role is intended to be a specialist international product-marketing and customer-adoption position within Algarizm’s AI, analytics and technology-services business. The role is broader than general sales or account management and is focused on international go-to-market strategy, technical solution positioning, enterprise adoption, customer-value realisation and product/market feedback.
Primary Location Ireland, with hybrid working as approved. Travel - Project-based international client-site assignments, typically 1-4 weeks per phase
