Our web and mobile app help job publishers and employers to reach candidates efficiently. Product Marketing Manager (B2B) is joining the team as the first product marketing manager with the opportunity to influence both the product and the processes. We expect the role to drive revenue growth through: Successful product new features launch for Recruiter cabinet; Improving onboarding and activation; Upsell solutions. What You'll Be Doing Research: Monitor partners and competitors product launches and changes in priority markets; Compare our solutions with global platforms and top local market solutions (pricing, USP, communication). GTM & feature launch: Plan and overview features GTM with focus on existing customers adoption; Define features positioning and value messaging; Adjust launch campaigns and messaging based on market/segment painpoints; Arrange and align the creation of feature communication materials (emails, notifications, onboarding, presentations, one-pagers, whitepapers). Activation: Improve entry points performance with precise and timely communication; Work with users in trial or dropped registration segments to improve funnel conversion. Retention: Implement effective upsell and cross-sell initiatives to grow product/feature usage and MRR; Track weak points, pre-churn signals to keep users active for longer period/with higher frequency; Create a testimonial collection process. What We're Looking For Required Experience: 3 years in B2B product marketing with digital products or services; English at B2+ level; Ukrainian proficiency level: Upper Intermediate and higher (spoken and written); Data analysis and data-based hypothesis testing; Cross-market experience beyond Ukraine; Experience in using AI tools for prototyping and fast testing; Cross-team processes management (product, design, analytics, content, sales).
