Product Marketing Manager, Enablement

TeachTown, an Everway company, is the leading provider of education solutions for students diagnosed with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities, emotional disorders, and speech/language impairments. We are seeking a growth-minded individual to support TeachTown's go-to-market strategy and accelerate value creation.

The Product Marketing Manager of Enablement will report to the Director of Product Marketing and will partner with our Product, Marketing, and Customer-facing teams to create enablement tools and product insights that inform Everway’s product strategy.

The Product Marketing Manager, Enablement will report to the Director of Product Marketing and is responsible for creating the tools, training, and experiences that help internal teams and customers understand and successfully engage with Everway solutions.

Internally, this role equips customer-facing teams with the product knowledge, training, tools, and resources they need to confidently communicate product value, conduct effective discovery, and deliver compelling product demonstrations.

Externally, this role creates engaging product content and resources that help customers understand our solutions, get started successfully, and realize value throughout their experience with Everway.

Applicants will be required to send video samples showcasing their work 1) a product overview video, 2) a tutorial video and 3) and a product promo video. These samples should be for public consumption and do not include Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Video Strategy & Production: Own the development of engaging product videos that clearly demonstrate product capabilities, workflows, and value. Establish a consistent style, format, and voice across the product video library.

  • Sales Training & Enablement: Develop short, practical product training videos and learning experiences that help sales teams build product knowledge and confidently communicate product value.

  • Demo Certification: Build and manage product demo certification programs that ensure customer facing teams can deliver consistent, effective product demonstrations.

  • Product Pitch Development: Create and maintain product pitch slides working collaboratively with product owners to offer supporting materials that give sales teams clear, compelling ways to introduce and position each solution.

  • Playbook Management: Own the maintenance of the Sales Playbook ensuring teams have easy access to current and consistent guidance as it relates to our solutions and how they support customers

  • Onboarding: Partner with Product and Sales Leadership to develop and deliver product training for new customer-facing team members, including demo talk tracks, discovery questions, product portfolio education, and guidance on available sales and enablement resources.

  • Getting Started Guides: Create simple, actionable guides that help educators and administrators quickly understand how to begin using Everway products.

  • Pilot Program Management: Develop and manage a consistent approach to product pilots, including pilot resources, expectations, enablement, feedback, and measurement of success.

  • Content Governance: Ensure product enablement materials remain accurate, current, easy to find, and consistent with Everway messaging and brand standards.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in EdTech, with a strong understanding of K–12 education, district environments, and the needs of educators and school leaders.

  • 3+ years of experience working with special education solutions, programs, or teams, with an understanding of the unique needs of special education educators, administrators, and students.

  • 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, product enablement, or a related function, developing training and resources that help customer facing teams build product knowledge and confidence.

  • 5+ years of experience creating product and training videos, including developing concepts, scripts, storyboards, screen recordings, voiceovers, and polished final content.

  • Demonstrated experience developing and delivering product training, demo talk tracks, discovery questions, and demo certification programs for sales and other customer facing teams.

  • Experience creating and maintaining sales playbooks, product pitch decks, getting started guides, onboarding materials, and other product enablement resources.

  • Strong ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear, concise, and engaging stories for both internal and external audiences.

  • Experience partnering cross functionally with Product, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Professional Learning, and other go to market teams.

  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead engaging live and recorded training experiences.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to message consistency, quality, and brand voice across content and training.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple content, training, and enablement initiatives from concept through delivery.

  • Comfortable learning new products quickly and becoming a product expert who can teach others how to understand, position, and demonstrate them effectively.

  • Experience gathering feedback and using engagement, adoption, training, or pilot data to continuously improve enablement programs and resources.
