Product Marketing Manager, Manufacturing

Location: Remote Salary: $105k - $120k, depending on experience What You'll Do Lead product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for manufacturing and print/logistics solutions. Partner with Sales, IT, and cross-functional teams to develop customer-focused solutions, sales tools, and product enhancements. Conduct customer and market research to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities that drive product strategy. Monitor product performance, customer adoption, and profitability to recommend improvements and maximize business results. Create sales enablement materials, product launches, and strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen customer engagement and competitive positioning. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred) with 7+ years of product or commercial marketing experience. Proven success developing go-to-market strategies, product positioning, value propositions, and sales enablement tools. Experience partnering with Sales, Operations, IT, and Manufacturing teams to deliver customer-focused solutions. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial, operational, and market data to drive business decisions. Excellent communication, customer research, and relationship-building skills, with experience supporting digital tools or customer workflow platforms preferred.
