Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, resourceful, and strategic Product Marketing Manager with 5-7 years of relevant financial B2B experience to join the Parameta Solutions marketing team. This role will play a critical part in driving go-to-market strategy and executing marketing campaigns for our derivatives data products.

Working closely with commercial, product, and client-facing teams, you will bring our OTC market data solutions to life through compelling messaging, content, and campaigns that resonate with clients and prospects. This hybrid role combines product marketing, content strategy, digital marketing, and demand generation. It requires a strong interest in financial products, the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling stories, and a proven track record of building awareness, generating demand, and creating pipeline growth through digital channels.


Role Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of product marketing plans, positioning, and messaging that effectively communicate the value of Parameta’s OTC market data, indices, and analytics solutions
  • Design and execute integrated go-to-market campaigns across a range of channels, including digital marketing, events, and content creation, to increase market awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and sales pipeline growth.
  • Partner closely with sales, product, and client success teams to develop tailored marketing content, collateral, and campaigns. Act as a resourceful problem solver, translating complex product features into clear, compelling benefits for the target audience.
  • Use insights to inform marketing strategies and ensure the product’s positioning remains competitive and relevant in the market.
  • Partner with our digital marketing agencies to develop and scale a high-performing digital growth engine, optimising SEO, paid media, website performance, email marketing, and content campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive qualified lead generation, and support pipeline growth.
  • Be an influential voice in the commercial organization, driving alignment and support for marketing initiatives. Balance autonomy with collaboration, leveraging relationships across teams to achieve results.

Experience / Competences

Essential

  • Formal experience in product marketing in financial services, derivatives or market data experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of financial markets, with an understanding of derivatives across capital markets, such as interest rate swaps, inflation products, and money markets, and energy and commodity markets. Experience with financial benchmarks, pricing data, and analytics solutions is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for data products. Ability to craft compelling marketing content and campaigns targeting financial market participants
  • Proven ability to design and execute successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital marketing, content creation, events) that successfully generate qualified leads and pipeline opportunity.
  • Demonstrated technical writing and editing ability with attention to detail.
  • Experience working closely with sales, product, and client success teams to create tailored marketing content and strategies. Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling benefits for clients.
  • Ability to conduct market research, understand industry trends, and use insights to inform marketing strategies. Competence in tracking competitor activity and adjusting product positioning accordingly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create and deliver compelling messages and content.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Comfortable with both autonomy and teamwork in a dynamic setting.

Desired

  • Demonstrated knowledge of derivatives and capital markets such as interest rate swaps, inflation,
  • Expertise in multi‑channel demand generation, SEO, PPC, website optimisation.
  • Knowledge of working with Hubspot and/or Salesforce
  • Ability to quickly adapt to market changes and challenges, staying flexible and proactive in a fast-evolving business environment.
  • Ability to build strong relationships across functions and influence key stakeholders across the organization. Strong interpersonal skills to align various teams towards common marketing goals.
  • A creative and strategic thinker who can find innovative solutions to challenges in a rapidly growing business.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and drive initiatives to completion without constant oversight.
