Overview Positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement are your passion. You are equal parts driver and collaborator—you know when to push, when to listen, and how to turn complex product capabilities into clear, compelling stories that resonate with prospects and help sales teams win. Growth and scale are at the center of all that we do, and you’ll be part of a team that sits at the intersection of marketing, product, sales, and the market. In this role, you’ll focus on equipping our sales and growth teams with the messaging, insights, tools, and content they need to generate demand, engage prospects, differentiate our solutions, and accelerate revenue. You’ll develop a deep understanding of our products, buyers, competitors, and market dynamics and translate those insights into differentiated positioning, prospect-facing campaigns, sales enablement programs, and go-to-market strategies. While you’ll support product launches, your primary focus will be helping our growth teams communicate value effectively and drive growth across the prospect journey. Responsibilities What you’ll do: Develop differentiated positioning, messaging, value propositions, packaging, and supporting materials that help prospects understand the value of our products and solutions. Partner closely with Sales to identify enablement needs and create tools that improve prospect conversations, including pitch decks, battlecards, talk tracks, objection handling, competitive materials, use cases, and other sales resources. Collaborate with Growth and Demand Generation teams to develop prospect-focused messaging, campaigns, content, and programs that generate awareness, engagement, and pipeline. Translate product capabilities into compelling business outcomes and buyer-specific stories for different audiences, segments, and stages of the sales funnel. Lead analysis of the market, buyers, and competitive landscape and translate findings into actionable insights for Sales, Marketing, Product, and leadership. Develop and maintain competitive intelligence that helps sales teams clearly articulate our differentiation and respond effectively to competitive threats. Partner with Product and Sales to understand market needs, prospect feedback, and revenue opportunities and bring those insights back into product and marketing strategy. Support go-to-market planning for new products, features, and offerings, with a particular focus on sales readiness, prospect messaging, and commercial execution. Create prospect-facing and sales-facing content, including sales presentations, solution briefs, product videos, website copy, campaign content, and other materials that clearly communicate product value. Educate and enable internal teams through live training, product updates, messaging guidance, and supporting assets. Establish feedback loops with Sales and Growth teams to understand what messaging, content, and enablement are working and continuously improve our approach. Know our products inside and out. Know our buyers, prospects, competitors, and market even better. #LI-REMOTE #LI-AP4 Qualifications Who you are: 3+ years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, product management, growth marketing, or a related function, with a track record of increasing responsibility. Experience partnering closely with sales organizations and creating messaging, content, and enablement that supports pipeline generation and revenue growth. Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys and the ability to translate product capabilities into clear business value for prospects. Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and develop clear, compelling messaging for different audiences and channels. Strong understanding of positioning, messaging, product marketing, competitive intelligence, and go-to-market strategy. Comfortable working in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment. This role requires close partnership with Sales, Growth Marketing, Product, and other teams across the organization. Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, with the ability to use market, competitive, prospect, and performance data to inform recommendations. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and move comfortably between developing a positioning strategy and creating the sales assets needed to bring it to life. Experience working in a SaaS software company required. Bachelor’s degree preferred, but we’re less concerned with your degree than we are with your experience and ability to make an impact.
