Product & Operations Intern — Tarahib

ATMET · Remote (Saudi Arabia) · Internship

Tarahib is our events platform. Digital invitations are the heart of it — hosts design an invitation, send it out, track who's coming, and manage the guest list on the day. Around that we work with a network of freelance designers and reception staff across Saudi Arabia, and we're building that network into something more organized and more professional.

This role is deliberately two-sided. Half of it is product: what we build next, what's broken, what competitors are doing. The other half is operations: how our freelancers join us, how we train them, what standard we hold them to, and how we get things like uniforms produced and delivered to them across the Kingdom.

If you want to work only on software, this isn't the right role. If you like the idea of owning a product and the real-world service wrapped around it, keep reading.

What you'll actually do — product side

  • Talk to hosts and event organizers, find where Tarahib falls short, and turn that into prioritized work
  • Write specs for new features across the invitation builder, the RSVP flow and guest management, then follow them to launch
  • Dig into the data: which templates get used, where hosts abandon setup, how many guests actually confirm
  • Test releases before they ship, especially anything touching invitation delivery, where failures are expensive
  • Track what other event platforms and services in the Gulf are doing, and tell us what matters

What you'll actually do — operations side

  • Shape how freelance designers and reception staff join our network, what we train them on, and what quality standard we hold them to
  • Solve the practical problems of a distributed service: uniforms, materials, scheduling, getting the right people to the right event
  • Help work out what Tarahib should offer beyond invitations — what hosts keep asking for that nobody serves well today

Who we're looking for

  • Strong Arabic and English. Our hosts, their guests and our freelancers are Arabic-speaking; the product side runs in English
  • Able to write clearly. Half of this job is writing something down so other people can act on it
  • Practical. When something doesn't work, you're the kind of person who finds the actual fix rather than passing it up the chain
  • An eye for detail. An invitation is something people show their family, so small ugly things matter more here than in most software
  • A technical background is a strong plus, not a requirement. If you can read an API doc, work with data, or have built something yourself, tell us
  • Bonus: you've organized an event, worked with an event or wedding company, or managed freelancers or vendors

What you get

  • Real ownership from week one, across both the product and the service around it
  • Problems without a textbook answer, because nobody has built this exact thing in Saudi Arabia yet
  • A strong shot at a full-time offer if it works out both ways

Details

Remote, full-time or part-time depending on your schedule.

When you apply, add a short note answering this: beyond sending invitations, name one service you think event hosts in Saudi Arabia would pay for but struggle to find today. A few lines is enough. We read every one.
