Manage stakeholder expectations by providing transparent status updates, identifying risks early, and proposing trade-off options when scope or timeline conflicts arise. Work with the Director of Internal Systems Architecture to ensure product decisions align with enterprise architecture standards and long-term technical strategy. Key Performance Indicators: Backlog health: 90%+ of items in the next two sprints have defined acceptance criteria and are development-ready. Stakeholder satisfaction score of 4.0+ (out of 5) on quarterly survey measuring clarity, communication, and delivery alignment. Reduction in mid-sprint scope changes to fewer than 10% of committed story points per sprint.
