Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Product Management skills, including backlog management, roadmap planning, and requirements definition.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Business Analysis capabilities to interpret data, assess user needs, and define measurable outcomes.
• Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent user and business interests.
• Candidates should possess a good understanding of Software Development processes, agile methodologies, and working with engineering teams.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include experience with digital platforms or marketplaces, familiarity with wellness or service industries, proficiency in agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello), and a track record of delivering customer-centric products.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and make data-informed decisions is essential.
