The company mainly serves clients within the iGaming industry . Specific client/brand information will remain P&C for candidates. Job Details Reports To: COO Career Level: Executive Work Arrangement: Remote Nationality: Malaysian only Language: Mandarin & English Salary: MYR 5,000–8,000/month Working Days: Monday–Friday Working Hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (may be required to standby when necessary) Payment: MYR via local bank transfer Interview Process: 1 round + assessment Benefits: Annual bonus, internet allowance, birthday benefit Role Overview The Product Owner turns business strategy into clear, executable product plans and drives effective delivery. This role owns Agile execution, including user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and delivery management. Responsibilities Translate business strategy into clear product scope and priorities. Own and maintain a prioritized product backlog. Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria. Align stakeholders, manage risks, and drive product decisions. Track outcomes, gather feedback, and continuously improve results. Manage scope, dependencies, and delivery risks to ensure on-time delivery. Requirements Degree in Business Analysis, IT, Computer Science, Data & Analytics, or related fields. Experience with Agile / Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies and tools. Experience in user journey and functional design for mobile applications and back-office tools. Strong ability to work with Engineering teams and translate business needs into functional requirements. Strong data querying and analysis skills. Experience with Design Thinking and user-centric product design. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Mandarin required , with good English communication skills.
