Product Owner - Hampshire/South Coast - largely remote - c1x month in the office - up to £55K
We are currently hiring on behalf of a client, based on the South Coast, for a flexible Product Owner to join their team and contribute to the to help manage a suite of approximately 25 digital products. The role is a hybrid of a Product Owner, Agile Coach, Scrum Master, and Product Manager and will help establish product governance and standardize processes from scratch.
Role Requirements:
- Core Responsibilities: Shape the product landscape, define "ready" and "done" standards, and manage the transition from Jira to DevOps .
- Ideal Profile: A "self-starter" with a passion for product ownership
- Key Qualifications: Certification (e.g., CSPO) is preferred, especially if obtained independently .
Skills:
- At least one year's experience in a similar role for a small to medium sized enterprise background
- Product Owner certification (CSPO preferred)
- Pro-active/change orientated mindset
- Willingness to wear 'multiple hats'
- Mindset not just of doing but also helping widespread adoption and knowledge sharing
The role is primarily remote with a requirement to visit the Southampton office approximately once a month. Please apply with CV.
