We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in brokerage and trading to take ownership of a live trading product and drive its stabilization and further development.

You will join an international financial services organization operating in the FX and brokerage market, providing retail and institutional clients with access to global financial markets through modern trading platforms.

Responsibilities you will have

• Own and prioritize the product backlog for a live trading platform
• Identify and prioritize bugs, functional gaps and new product requirements
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs and define priorities
• Translate business needs into user stories, requirements and acceptance criteria
• Provide clear direction and requirements to development and QA teams
• Lead backlog refinement and support sprint planning and product delivery
• Make product decisions and resolve ambiguities or blockers
• Support product stabilization and define priorities for further development
• Maintain product documentation and communicate progress, risks and priorities to stakeholders

Expected competences and knowledge

• Proven experience as a Product Owner working directly with development teams
• Strong brokerage and trading experience – key requirement
• Experience managing and prioritizing a complex product backlog
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into actionable development tasks
• Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum and the software development lifecycle
• Proactive, independent and decisive approach with strong ownership
• Very good English
