You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business, alongside designers, engineers, architects and delivery teams, to solve real customer problems and deliver measurable outcomes.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines strong product thinking with a customer-first mindset and enjoys turning ideas into successful products and services.

  • Work closely with customers, users and stakeholders to identify opportunities, understand pain points and validate solutions.
  • Translate product goals and business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritise work based on customer value, business impact, risk and delivery considerations.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers and architects throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning and product reviews to ensure teams remain focused on delivering value.
  • Provide guidance and decision-making support to the delivery team throughout development.
  • Review and accept completed work, ensuring it meets agreed business requirements and quality standards.
  • Use customer feedback, analytics and performance data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to product strategy, roadmap planning and long-term product development initiatives.

  • Experience balancing competing priorities and making informed trade-off decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders and third-party suppliers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using Agile delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence.
