Product Owner

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Lead an agile development team, fostering a creative and motivating work environment.

• Manage tickets and backlogs, ensuring efficient and smooth project operations.

• Collaborate with product managers and business analysts to define requirements and concepts based on user-centered design principles.

• Develop clear and compelling user stories to guide development projects.

• Work closely with developers and software architects to create innovative solutions.

What You'll Need

• Several years of professional experience as a Product Owner, ideally within health data or digital health solutions.

• A degree in Business Informatics, Health Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of data management, data privacy, and relevant regulatory requirements.

• Proven experience with agile methodologies, moderation, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Fluency in German and English.
