As a Fullstack Developer (all genders) you’ll be the driving force behind digital transformation for some of the world’s most iconic retailers. From top tier POS systems to mobile-first experiences and smart store logistics — you’ll make it all happen. Location: Hybrid Work (Germany) What you'll do You define and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback, and architecture and regulatory needs. You create user stories and work closely with the development team to manage and refine the product backlog. In collaboration with stakeholders and a cross-functional team, you develop solutions that deliver real value to our customers – especially in the Core Platforms and Developer Experience domain. You apply agile methodologies to drive measurable progress together with the team. You ensure a shared understanding of product vision, goals, and priorities across both the team and the wider organization. You collaborate closely with developers, UX designers, QA and other departments to deliver the best possible product experience. What you bring Several years of professional experience in the software development (core platforms and development experience) Basic understanding of cloud platforms, API management, frameworks and library development Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role Solid knowledge of agile software development. Excellent English skills, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level). Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly and effectively translate complex requirements into actionable tasks for the development team.
