Product Owner + Azure at BairesDev

We are seeking a Product Owner with Azure DevOps expertise to lead product development initiatives and manage agile delivery processes. You'll combine strong product management skills with hands-on Azure DevOps knowledge to drive successful product outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to shape product strategy while working closely with development teams in a collaborative agile environment.

What You'll Do:

- Define and manage product vision, roadmap, and backlog priorities.

- Work with Azure DevOps to manage product backlogs, sprints, and releases.

- Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define user stories.

- Prioritize features and backlog items based on business value and technical feasibility.

- Work closely with development teams to ensure successful product delivery.

What we are looking for:

- 3+ years of Product Owner or Product Management experience.

- Experience with Azure DevOps for backlog and project management.

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Proven skills in backlog prioritization and product roadmap planning.

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Advanced level of English.
