Product Owner - Casino

THE ROLE: As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and the technical development team. We are looking for a self-starter who is passionate about managing and building casino products. The successful candidate will be an experienced customer centric expert, who is tech savvy, operationally competent and commercially driven. We aim to provide the greatest user experience possible while offering over 5000 casino games, where players can enjoy and find the games they are searching for. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance the casino product, which includes website experience. You’ll also be in charge of continuously adding new features to enhance the overall gaming experience and ensuring their delivery by collaborating closely with stakeholders and development teams. RESPONSIBILITIES: Be accountable for the Casino products that include Casino and Live Casino Lead, shape, and drive the execution of our Casino product roadmap. Own the entire process flows for the bonus journeys & features, create new features, enhance the current product, and ensure that the final product is future-proof and jurisdiction- agnostic. Prioritise tasks, create epics, and stories in collaboration with business owners to make sure that works are concentrated on the most valuable ones. Ensuring that the product backlog is transparent, visible, and understood as well as communicated clearly and effectively. Continually conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Work closely with the development team to translate product requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria. Take the lead in agile product development procedures, such as product releases, backlog grooming, and sprint planning. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product features. Monitor key metrics and stakeholder feedback continuously to improve and optimise product performance by using a data-driven decision-making process. Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage live issues and instruct on resolution prioritization. WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: Casino team, Product Owners, Development teams, brand managers / country managers QUALIFICATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: 3+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or a similar role in a platform or operator capacity within iGaming industry Experience leading a Product Management function in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary, agile, and/or digital environment Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear epics, stories, and tasks Highly organized, methodical, and diligent in approach Excellent communication skills A problem solver, multitasker, and initiator Strong networking and influencing skills Deep care for creating great products and user experiences A hands-on character with a strategic mindset Capable of performing competitor analysis and staying updated with industry trends Able to handle error investigations and escalations to third parties Certified Scrum Product Owner or similar product-focused certification (advantageous) Experience working with remote teams across multiple time zones (advantageous) OUR OFFER: C ompetitive salary synonymous with skills and experience Performance and bonus structure dependent on achievement of set targets and personal performance (applies after successfully passing probation) Consultancy contract within EU on a full time basis with 25 days PTO or employment contract if you are based in Bulgaria, Hungary or Malta
