Job Description

Are you interested in joining a fast-paced team that provides opportunities to travel, build your network across the business, and advance your career? An exciting opportunity for a Product Owner - Customer Order Management/Execution is available within the Digital Transformation program as we deploy SAP across North American plants.

The primary responsibility of this position is to enable a successful business transformation in Order Execution as we transition from legacy systems to the future-state SAP solution. You will apply an agile mindset and a continuous-improvement focus to deliver value to Global Supply Chain. Working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you will help ensure the deployed solution supports end-to-end order operations and meets business needs.

What will you do?

  • Own and drive the implementation of Order Execution and back-office Order Management/Customer Service solutions.
  • Partner with supply chain and customer service stakeholders to translate business requirements into a clear, prioritized solution backlog.
  • Identify and address impediments and dependencies, and proactively resolve or mitigate delivery risks.
  • Drive Order Execution process standardization across manufacturing sites.
  • Define, prioritize, and align the product backlog with the overall product roadmap and business outcomes.
  • Prioritize scope and delivery activities to support go-live commitments.
  • Communicate project status, key decisions, risks, and business process changes to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Provide direction and business context to the project and scrum teams.
  • Participate in program ceremonies, including Program Increment Planning and backlog refinement.
  • Facilitate product feature demonstrations and validation sessions with key stakeholders.
  • Balance scope, value, quality, and schedule to meet program expectations.
  • Collaborate with deployment sites to develop readiness and change-management plans.
  • Validate delivered solutions against approved requirements and user/stakeholder expectations.
  • Drive the definition of end-to-end integration test scenarios and acceptance criteria for relevant releases.

Position Requirment:

  • Work effectively under tight deadlines and competing priorities, making timely decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work across time zones and, when required by critical project milestones, outside standard business hours.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to manage work and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.

What's in it for me?

  • Knowledge of back-office order management, customer service operations, and business processes across plants.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end Order Execution processes, including order entry, validation, confirmation, fulfillment, delivery, and billing integration.
  • Experience with SAP order-to-cash processes and the integration of sales orders with supply chain, logistics, and finance.
  • Experience with ETO, CTO, and MTO order flows.
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong change-management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Demonstrated history of delivering results.
  • Leadership and team-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and balance workload effectively.
  • Strong listening, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Aptitude for learning and working with new IT systems.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Three to five years of experience in order management, order execution, or plant customer service.
