In this hybrid position, you connect business priorities with technical delivery, ensuring every step is grounded in real and commercial needs. You help set the direction for data products that matter to both the company and the people it serves. The right data products can transform how life sciences organizations understand their end users.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Data Products roadmap and overall data products strategy
• Gather, define and prioritize data requirements with business and commercial stakeholders
• Own Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM) definition and sign-off with the Delivery Team
• Translate business needs into a prioritized, well-groomed backlog
• Work in deep, daily connection with the Delivery Team to unblock and sequence delivery
• Bring Life Science domain context to shape product decisions
• Report on roadmap progress and data product value to stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven Product Owner or Product Management experience, ideally on data products
• Life Science (e.g., chemical manufacturing or pharmaceutical) domain knowledge
• Experience with data requirements gathering and Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM)
• Strong backlog management and roadmap-building skills
• Comfortable working closely with cross-functional delivery teams in an Agile setting
