Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Product Owner, or equivalent Agile delivery role.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with product roadmaps, backlog prioritization, epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Working knowledge of SAFe Agile, Scrum, PI Planning, and Agile Release Train operations.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing end-to-end application delivery.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar product management and Agile tools.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing, deployment, production support, and application performance.
- Exposure to Generative AI tools, particularly GitHub Copilot, and AI-enabled product or engineering workflows.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, risk management, and business-value assessment capabilities.

- Product backlog quality, readiness, and prioritization effectiveness.
