Product Owner (SAP Technology experience only)

Our client is looking for a Product Owner — Compliance Analytics Team, which is a newly created team in 2026.

(Side Note: if you don't have experience with SAP Technology ecosystem, your profile will not pas the CV Review Stage, unfortunately as this is mandatory requirement from our client)

Core Role Objective

• Act as the product owner driving the transition from manual reporting to real-time, AI-powered compliance insights.

Must-Have Experience

• Product Ownership Background: 5+ years in product management roles in an agile enterprise environment (Scrum).
• Domain Expertise: 3+ years of experience building data, analytics, or AI products specifically for corporate functions—ideally within Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, Finance, or HR.
• End-to-End Delivery: Proven track record of taking data-intensive products from initial concept through launch, user onboarding, and scaling.

Technical Skills

• SAP Technology Ecosystem: Strong navigation skills within the SAP landscape, specifically with SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Data & AI Acumen: Ability to translate complex business/compliance data requirements into technical user stories. Experience with Business AI or predictive analytics is highly desirable.
• Note: Hands-on coding or data modelling is not required, but the candidate must be able to guide technical teams toward the correct target architecture.

Soft Skills & Leadership

• Senior Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence, align, and manage expectations of senior leadership and diverse global teams.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical mindset, using data and metrics to validate hypotheses, track product adoption, and measure business impact.
• Ethical Mindset: A strong understanding of data privacy, security, and the ethical implications of AI in a compliance environment.
