Product Specialist

Role Description The Product Specialist role at BisChat is a full-time remote position responsible for supporting the product lifecycle and enhancing the user experience. Day-to-day activities include understanding product features in depth, gathering and analyzing user feedback, and communicating insights to cross-functional teams. The Product Specialist will collaborate with support and engineering teams to troubleshoot user issues, document common use cases, and help refine product requirements. This role also involves providing product demonstrations, assisting with onboarding materials, and contributing to knowledge bases and FAQs to help users adopt new features. The Product Specialist will act as a key link between users and the product team, ensuring that product improvements are aligned with real-world needs.
Qualifications

• Product expertise: Ability to develop strong proficiency in BisChat’s features and workflows; prior experience in a Product Specialist, Product Support, or related role is beneficial.
• Analytical skills: Strong ability to interpret user data, identify trends, and translate feedback into actionable insights for product improvement.
• Communication: Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills for interacting with users, internal teams, and stakeholders.
• Customer service: Experience providing user-focused support, handling inquiries with empathy, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Sales and enablement: Familiarity with supporting sales efforts through product demonstrations, user education, and feature explanation is an advantage.
• Additional qualifications: Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced environment; ability to collaborate across time zones; strong organizational skills; experience with messaging or SaaS products is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
