Role Description The Product Specialist (Laboratory Solutions) is a full-time, hybrid role based in Klang, with a mix of on-site customer visits, office-based work, and some work-from-home flexibility. This role involves promoting and supporting laboratory equipment and consumables, providing product demonstrations, and delivering technical guidance to customers. The Product Specialist responds to customer inquiries, prepares quotations, and collaborates with the sales team to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.

• Relevant academic background, preferably in science, engineering, or a related technical field.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and travel to customer sites when required.
