Product Specialist (Remote)

About Us

Apptribe is a fast-growing startup, building AI powered mobile apps for global markets, reaching millions of users worldwide. We're looking for a Product Specialist who will help shape our products through user insights, data, and experimentation.

Some of Your Responsibilities

• Support product strategy and roadmap decisions with user insights and data analysis
• Analyze user behavior, funnels, retention, and monetization metrics to identify growth opportunities
• Turn user feedback and market research into clear, actionable product requirements
• Design and track A/B tests and experiments to improve activation, engagement, and conversion
• Collaborate with engineering and design across the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch and iteration
• Research competitors and market trends in the AI space, and translate them into product opportunities
• Evaluate new AI models and capabilities quickly, and help bring the best ones into our products
• Test new features and releases hands-on, catch issues before users do, and make sure the product actually works the way it's meant to

What We're Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience (or strong personal projects) in product, data, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Good level of English, since we build for global markets
• Strong written communication: you can turn a complex problem into a clear, structured document
• Genuine interest in AI products: you use them daily and have your own view on what makes them great
• A builder's mindset toward AI: you see it as a superpower, and you enjoy experimenting until you find what works
• A proactive mindset: you don't wait for perfect briefs to start thinking or creating
• High energy, ownership, and a fast-learning attitude
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Nice to have: SQL or product analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, PostHog) and familiarity with the mobile app ecosystem and subscription business models
