Product Strategist

Your misison: Shaping the Future of Quantum Strategy We are seeking a visionary Product Strategist to take on a strategic leadership position responsible for solidifying our competitive edge and defining a clear path for growth in our strategic markets. In this pivotal role, you will function as a strategic and process expert, owning the market strategies and business models that propel Qblox forward. Your primary goal is to continuously oversee the successful formulation of our product and market strategies. By bridging deep-tech innovation with commercial viability, you will balance corporate goals with long-term market trends and opportunities. Key Responsibilities Market Strategy & Intelligence Market Strategy Development: Develop market strategies, aligned with the business strategy, in order to grow Qblox' serviceable addressable markets and market share. Quantum Market Modeling: Develop and maintain a market model of the quantum computing research, development and deployment markets for various qubit types. Market Intelligence: Gather, analyze and present market intelligence using internal (e.g. Sales, Support) and external sources including market trends, customer insights and competitive positioning. 2. Product Strategy & Business Models Business Model Design: Develop business models supporting the market strategies, including buy, build, partner decisions in close collaboration with technical product managers. Roadmap Alignment: Liaise with technical product managers to form the product strategy and roadmap to ensure an excellent product-market fit and drive competitive advantage. 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Monitoring Performance Tracking: Develop and maintain product health monitoring dashboards in close collaboration with Sales and Operations. Required Experience 7+ years of progressive product strategy or management experience: Proven track record in B2B high-growth environments, preferably within the quantum ecosystem or related deep-tech industries (e.g., semiconductors, photonics). Market & Business Modeling: Demonstrated experience in building complex market models and defining "buy, build, or partner" frameworks. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Physics, or a related field; a strong grasp of quantum computing principles is highly desirable.
