Production Engineer (SRE)

Come be part of Inetum! We are looking for a Production Engineer to join a team responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of critical applications. Key Responsibilities Monitor and support production applications and infrastructure Manage incidents and ensure timely resolution of issues Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive actions Monitor application performance and identify improvement opportunities Develop and maintain automation solutions to improve operational efficiency Support application releases, deployments, and change activities Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, and Business teams Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence Participate in an on-call rotation and Follow-The-Sun support model What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in Production Support, Application Support, Infrastructure Operations or a similar role Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux environments Experience with application servers and web technologies (IIS, Apache, Tomcat, WebLogic, .NET or Java) Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana or Geneos Scripting experience with Python, Shell or SQL Knowledge of automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform Basic understanding of SQL Server and/or Oracle Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem and Change Management) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Fluent English Proactive mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Availability to participate in an on-call support rotation when required
