Follow HPS philosophy. Produce defect-free parts, avoiding waste and respecting the correct and safe flow. What You Will Do Review the production models that will run during the day. Comply with quality, scheduling, and production. Units per hour (UPH). Establish multidisciplinary teams for continuous improvement. Identify and implement improvements to reduce waste Tracking Waste Metrics by Area Implement the quality and environmental management systems implemented in the company. Supervise the team's activities. Ensure that SAA and SC requirements are established, performed and maintained in accordance with ISO 14001 and IATF 16949. Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through established communication channels. Satisfy the customers’ needs in the activities in accordance with the requirements of the Quality System and know and understand the concepts of SQDC. Participates in and provides support related to the management of quality systems and EHSS, as well as their objectives, goals, and programs. Audit of Layer Processes, 1st Layer (LPA).
