About the Role

You will support the planning team in balancing demand and production capacity across short- and mid-term horizons.

Throughout the experience, you will benefit from a structured onboarding experience, along with dedicated training and coaching, designed to support your development into a future Production Planner.

What You Will Do

• Short-Term Planning :Support the creation and update of daily and weekly production schedules, ensuring feasibility and alignment with manufacturing teams, and escalating issues when required.
• Mid-Term Planning Support: Assist in developing weekly production plans for the 3–16 week horizon, supporting capacity analysis, constraint identification, and preparation of inputs for mid-term planning reviews.
• Planning & Scenario Support: Support basic planning scenarios related to volume changes, stock adjustments, and new product introductions, providing data and analysis to senior planners.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply, and Market teams to ensure visibility of production plans, communicate changes, and support issue resolution.
• Master Data & Process Support: Maintain accurate planning master data in planning systems and contribute to the improvement of planning tools, processes, and ways of working.

Who You Are

• University degree in relevant field.
• Early experience or interest in supply chain.
• Analytical skills, Excel; SAP beneficial.
• Team player with communication skills.
• Proficient in English.
