Production Planning Specialist / Junior Specialist

What do we expect from our new team member?

• Creating, executing, and tracking daily/weekly production schedules in line with production line capacities, efficiencies, customer orders, and delivery deadline requirements.
• Implementing projects and improvements to optimize production planning in terms of efficiency, capacity utilization, and cost, thereby creating cost advantages and cost avoidance.
• Tracking production performance, plan-actual deviations, and line efficiencies to develop actions for the continuous improvement of manufacturing performance.
• Managing planning processes to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time and in full, and conducting initiatives to improve OTIF (On-Time In-Full) and service levels.
• Ensuring the efficient and accurate use of ICRON 4D, SAP, and relevant digital planning systems, while monitoring system integration into planning processes and data accuracy.

What kind of a team member are we looking for?

• Graduate of engineering departments, primarily Industrial Engineering or Business Engineering.
• Preferably experienced in production planning, inventory, or order management.
• Preferably knowledgeable in SAP PP/MM modules.
