Web Research Specialist - Turkey

We are currently hiring Web Research Specialists for an 8-week remote contract project.

This role is focused on advanced web research for an AI evaluation project. You will create research questions that are difficult to solve but have clear, verifiable answers, and then document the complete evidence trail using reliable sources.

Job details:

• Role: Web Research Specialist
• Type: Remote contract
• Duration: 8 weeks
• Commitment: Full-time, 40 hours/week
• Time overlap: Minimum 4 hours PST overlap
• Start date: ASAP
• Pay: Pay-per-task
• Rate: $30 per approved task for non-US/Canada candidates; $60 per approved task for US/Canada candidates
• AHT - 2-3 Hours per task

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed open-web research
• Work with primary sources, archives, PDFs, databases, and official records
• Create hard-to-find but verifiable research questions
• Provide accurate answers with complete source references
• Document exact pages, sections, tables, or records used as evidence

Preferred background:

• Research / fact-checking
• OSINT / due diligence / KYC
• Library or archival research
• Investigative journalism
• Patent or prior-art search
• Genealogy research
• Puzzle or quiz-style research

Nice-to-have skills:

• LLM evaluation experience
• AI red-teaming experience
• Benchmark construction experience
• Familiarity with JSON
• Experience delivering structured data
