Production Support Engineer

What we're looking for:

• 6+ years in production support on Windows and Linux/Unix systems
• Application servers and web servers: IIS, WebLogic, Tomcat, Apache, Nginx
• Databases: SQL Server and Oracle
• Incident, problem, change and release management following ITIL
• Availability to be on call and provide out-of-hours support
• Fluency in English (at least a C1 level)

Nice to have:

• Monitoring tools: Geneos, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus
• Automation with Python, Shell, Ansible and Terraform

Important: This position is hybrid, 2 days a week in Lisbon. Candidates should be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit, to be considered.
